In every decision, there will always be a few disadvantages and advantages. It will be up to the decision maker on how o balance their options for the betterment of themselves and those people around them. However, their decisions might affect the whole country. In this article, we will talk about the pros and cons of healthcare merger integration.

There will always be a reason behind everything. If you wonder why some medical centers before is already gone now, you would sooner find out that they were already under the name of other business. Some franchises are suffering from lack of patients and thus they currently are experiencing symptoms of bankruptcy. They do not allow this to happen because one of their intentions is for money making.

These businessmen will do everything just to stabilize the improvement and growth of their businesses. Therefore, instead of providing quality and long term relationships with their clients, they are more focused on making money. We could not blame them because they invested a lot of money, effort and time for these establishments. They would never allow any obstacle to ruin their operations.

Unless medicines are sponsored by volunteers and government programs, these professionals will never provide free services for their clients. Some do, but these usually are sponsored. Medicine brands are paying these experts to advertise their products through their skills. This means that they only do blood pressure tests to promote a blood pressure devices brand.

Our ignorance could often lead to discrimination and it might be used by those who want to make something out from it. Therefore, we really need to keep ourselves updated of current events and issues. These issues have created a huge impact in our society and country. Regardless if this is a positive or negative impact, we should still voice out our opinions.

These issues are not only occurring in clinics but also in big hospitals. Healthcare merging is occurring nowadays because hospital owners are afraid of experiencing bankruptcy symptoms. As a solution, they try to merge with other leading medical centers to ensure the security of their business. If not, then they will be totally threatened by the competitive market.

The authorities are mainly doing this for the purpose of protecting our economical stability and performance from being affected by their bankruptcy. We all know that one of the most expensive things we buy is medicines. Meaning to say, if these businesses will lose its operations, then the economy will be highly affected. They will not allow this to happen.

Meaning to say, they can manipulate market prices already. This is because patients have no choice but to avail their services since there are no other branches in town. With this, they centralize their services by being the only option. It reduces competition and thus, the lesser competitors, the more income they get.

It negatively affected some citizens most especially those who cannot afford their expensive medicines. The government, however, is still monitoring their prices. If it becomes extremely and unreasonably high, then their licenses might be confiscated. Government authorities must protect its citizens from overpricing. We all deserve to avail the same kind of services that other people have availed.
