The internet has a new goldmine in the form of network marketing. With the potential to mint millionaires in days, there is a lot of interest for entrepreneurs. The quickest way to hack the industry is to get a network marketing coach who will take you through the processes. However, not all coaches will deliver value for money. How will you know the best professional to train you?

Experience in the industry is always an asset. There is no grudge against newcomers. However, like all industries, it is experience that makes coaches. Experience will teach you what works and that which does not work. With experience, the ups and downs of the industry have already been learnt. You will be learning about practical tactics as opposed to unverified theories.

Where is the trainer getting most of his income from? This is a tricky part because people assume that coaching is a full time job. Unfortunately, you cannot trust a person giving you tricks that he or she is not using. Most of the income should not be from training. It should be from actual time spent in the trenches creating valuable networks. Coaching should be a form of mentorship, not the main thing.

At what point is your coach in when you look at his company? Is he talking about growth potential or is he pointing at a direction he or she is not traveling? There are people who will teach you how to be successful but by the look of things they are not. Work with a person who is already optimizing, executing and continuously improving his or her systems.

What strategy has he put in place to generate more income this month apart from training more people? Look for a pattern that guarantees continuous improvement and growth. This helps you avoid coaches who do not travel the journey they are directing others. He should be testing new strategies and having plans about a future similar to what is being promised.

Is there a system, template and process in the ideas shared? Successful businesses have established methods of doing things. Revenue is only assured when there is a system for generating it. You also need a template that indicates procedures and where money lies. If you cannot see these three elements, you have a reason to question the competence of the coach and his program.

Who are the people that the instructor has already coached? Results are so stubborn that they cannot lie. Get references of people who are implementing the tactics taught by your target instructor. If these trainees recommend the instructor, you have every reason to believe them. In case these trainees do not have any value to show for the training they received, search for coaching elsewhere because you will end up just like them.

Coaches do not make good network marketers. It is being in the field and creating actual linkages that makes the marketers. Get down to work and begin to implement the little you have learnt. Take initiative to learn new skills and improve on what you have learnt.
