The teenager must be careful when taking this vitamin to avoid creating the very acne they are trying to rid themselves of. Taking too much can create this situation which generally shows itself around the chin and jawline. Others may find they have an allergic reaction. It is best to be aware of how the body responds to any supplements taken. If nausea, rashes, or throat swelling are experienced, discontinue use immediately.

There are other vitamins and supplements people use to help grow long healthy tresses and thick nails. Vitamin D, Fish oil, aloe vera, and zinc are some that often come up for this purpose. These may not only be taken specifically for this purpose, however taken in combination with this supplement is great. In fact, using these combinations along with biotin infused shampoos and conditioners is great and will only maximize individual results.
