Of course, if possible, try not to do it halfheartedly. Doing a halfhearted work would never lead you nowhere. It will only give you a lot of bitterness and disappointments in the future. Stop thinking that your foods alone can satisfying your craving. Stop running away from your demons. Face yourself. Face your weaknesses. Conquer it. Start looking for a true friend. A friend that would never last for just a single bite. You need to have a satisfying and happy life. There is no way you would be able to find it just by eating.

Regardless how complicated your previous life is, you should never used it as an excuse to stop creating your future. That is the only thing that awaits you. Never blame your incompetency to destiny or faith. You are the one who could create it. You navigate your own life and your own future. That is for sure.

Do not even think that it would knock on your door someday. Unfortunately, this is not the world of fairytale. For you to make your dream a reality, you need to work hard for it. You should struggle for your acceptance. It may sound a little bit sad and cruel at the same time, however, doing these things would definitely make you stronger.
