Yes, it can be terrifying at first since you have never been above sea level but the benefits below can have you convinced despite all of your fears. You only live once. Use your time.

As you make your way there, most of your body parts shall be at work and that shall not take a lot on your part. In that scenario, the desire for adrenaline will slowly build up on you and you can find yourself eventually going past your limits. It makes you want to do better in your career and be successful in maintaining a healthy lifestyle at the same time.

That is enough to push you to walk another mile after your first break. Motivation is what will bring you to the different mountains of the world.

Just train yourself properly and purchase all the right equipment. Invest on the most durable shoes especially those which can be waterproof as well. In that way, you shall not be limited in your future trips and one is bound to start loving your life from this point.
