All you need is to start someone, however, small it might be. You then build from here. You have to make small positive decisions every day, and eventually, you will start feeling better. It is more about being in control of the decisions that you make.

We might never know this for a fact, but trying to answer these questions and connecting patterns is the beginning point to try and solve the problem. Nail biting habits can be replaced with chewing gum, or poor eating habits and try to answer the same questions.

Consider those who make you feel loved, safe and cared for when looking for support. You don't necessary need to share with somebody who can fix the issue, all you need is a person who listen without interfering, someone who will pay close attention and will not judge you.

When depressed, your energy level is almost depleted. However, you need the remaining energy to take meaningful actions. You need to take short but frequent walks. This could be within the room, around the block or to a nearby store. Just take a walk.
