Be wary of fly by night establishments as they will only milk your money away and can cause a lot of trouble. Money is hard to come by so it is prudent to spend it wisely.

Being idle is being unproductive. Time is wasted in doing nothing. So go out and have fun. Enjoy food only up to what the body requires. Have a balanced diet of meat, fowl, fish, vegetables, and fruits. A few glasses of wine are fine. Believe in the saying that goes health is wealth. That is all.
