They never watch their diet. Lots of you might not even care with your exercise. Simple negligence such as this can lead to life threatening situations.

You would face various adversities along the way. Aside from this, mental and physical stress would also keep your mind from moving forward. Having a strong will is needed for you to draw out one hundred percent of your potential. Such attitude would surely change the tide of the competition. Acquiring it is not that simple, though.
